You are solely responsible for the content you transmit, including audio in voice rooms, messages, and profile information. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
• Engage in fraudulent activities or spam.

4. Virtual Currency and Purchases

My Solas may offer virtual currency (e.g., coins, diamonds) and virtual goods (e.g., gifts, frames). These items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency unless explicitly provided in a separate monetization agreement. All purchases made through Google Play Billing or other authorized platforms are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines. We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for severe or repeated violations.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. My Solas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
